Privacy Policy

Lendved has no intention of sharing any of your personal information with anybody, ever, for any reason.

Shipping

Stated hat prices include shipping to your location via the United States Postal Service. If you should require or desire shipping by some other method or carrier, Lendved is willing to accommodate you. Buyer will, however, be expected to assume the cost of alternative shipping. Please contact Lendved to arrange for alternative shipping and payment, which may be made through Paypal, by MasterCard or Visa or by personal check.

Return Policy

Since Lendved hats are made from recycled clothing they will, just like your t-shirts and jeans, wear out eventually. Lendved hats are, however, guaranteed against any defect in workmanship and, in that eventuality, may be returned for repair or refund.

You may return, for refund or exchange, an adopted homeless hat if it does not fit or appear as expected.

Finally, custom-ordered hats may be returned with instruction on how much too large or small they are and Lendved will re-work your hat until your are satisfied with the fit.
